The staff were pleasant, helpful, and apologetic. Convenient location near the underground and river. Spacious rooms with a nice view. Plenty to do in the area. Upgraded room with a huge balcony.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the washing machine which was very convenient for us. The location to the underground railway station was great, making it easy for us to explore this city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

I had a great stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to the Canary Wharf shopping center and the best bars in the area. The subway station was also conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with helpful staff available for dry cleaning, laundry, and taxi services. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. I appreciated having a sitting area, in-room safe, and a dining table for added convenience. The free toiletries and the inclusion of a washing machine and kitchen were also a nice touch. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to others.
I encountered a small hiccup during my stay when checking in. The staff member at the reception desk was not very helpful and seemed uninterested.

It is close to business offices and just a short walk from Canary Wharf boat station and the nearest tube station. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Some rooms even offer a nice view of the area. The hotel also provides facilities such as a TV and fans.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.
